Note: Completing registration does not reserve a hotel room. Hotel reservations must be made separately through the link above or by calling 800-438-5800 and referencing the Healthy Eating in Practice Conference. Preferred pricing at the Omni Grove Park Inn is available until July 26, 2018, or until the rooms sell out.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Registration fees are accepted via credit card or check. All payments must be submitted in U.S. dollars. Credit card payments will be subject to appropriate exchange rate. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Checks must be received within 30 days or your registration record will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to sarah@asapconnections.org. Refunds will be issued, minus a $200 administrative fee, for cancellation requests made by July 26, 2018, 11:59pm EST. Refunds will not be issued on requests made after July 26, 2018.

Edit Your Registration

If you need to make changes to your registration, including editing session selection, you may set up and manage your account at healthyeatinginpractice.account.webconnex.com. You may make changes, pending session availability, until Monday, August 13, 2018.
